ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION OF APPLICATION FOR PREPARATION OF PANEL FOR APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT PUBLIC PROSECUTORS IN THE MAGISTERIAL COURTS (BOTH JUDICIAL & EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE) IN KHOWAI TRIPURA

        Applications are invited from eligible candidates for preparation of panel for appointment of Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) in the Magisterial Court (Both Judicial & Executive Magistrate) in the jurisdictional limit of Khowai Tripura District.

The particulars of the posts are as follows:

1. Total No. of posts: (i) Assistant Public Prosecutors-5 (Five) Nos.
2. Qualification required: A candidate must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate With Bar Council of Tripura.
3. Eligibility: A candidate must have practiced on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 3 years.

Interested candidates may submit the application form and declaration along with related documents in the Judicial Section of the office of the DM & Collector, Khowai Tripura

APPLICATION FOR PREPARATION OF PANEL FOR APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTORS IN THE COURT OF DISTRICT SESSION JUDGE, KHOWAI TRIPURA DISTRICT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for preparation of panel for appointment of Public Prosecutor (PP) in the Court of District Session Judge, Khowai Tripura District.

The particulars of the posts are as follows:-

1. Total No. of posts: (i) Public Prosecutors-1 (One) Nos. for the Court of District Session Judge, Khowai Tripura District.
2. Qualification required: A candidate must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Tripura.
3. Eligibility: A candidate must have practice on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.

Interested candidates may submit the application form and declaration along with related documents in the Judicial Section of the office of the DM & Collector, Khowai Tripura, Khowai during office hours (10 AM-5.30 PM)
