In pursuance to the letter No. F.85(2)-ICA/2021/Pub/P-lV dated, 7th June, 2021 received from Director, Information & Cultural Affairs, Government of Tripura and as per direction of the District Magistrate & Collector, Khowai District, Tripura in connection with calling of short notice tender for printing and fixing of flex measuring 6X 4 ft. in front of 87 Nos. of Fair Price Shop under the Khowai Sub Division for public awareness in regard to Hon’ble Chief Minister Special Covid Relief Package Scheme, the undersigned invitees Sealed covered Quotation from resourceful bonafied Indian Citizen as Individual, Society or SHG, Agencies, Corporate body having good experience with financial capability as required to print and fixing of flex measuring 6 X 4 ft infront of aforesaid number of FP Shops under Khowai Sub Division. The intending printing press shall submit their application to the undersigned showing their willingness to supply the following flex as stated above within 05 (five) days.
The sealed covered quotation will be received upto 03.00 p.m. in the office of the undersigned on or before 14-06-2021.

In pursuance to the letter No. F.XI(28)/DM/KH/DMC/COVID-19/2021-22/1038-39 dated, 24/05/2021 received from District Magistrate & Collector, Khowai District, Tripura in connection with calling of short notice tender for supply of dry ration to the AAY, Priority Card holders and deserving APL families, the undersigned invitees Sealed covered Quotation from resourceful bonafied Indian Citizen as Individual, Society or SHG, Agencies, Corporate body having good experience with financial capability as required to supply dry ration per day as assistance to AAY, PG card holder and deserving APL families under declared containment zone or corona curfew areas. The intending supplier shall submit their application to the undersigned showing their willingness to supply the following dry ration as stated above within 05(five) days.

Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the bonafide and resourceful/ reputed supplier/Agency/ Cooperative, Self Help Group (SHG) and Indian Citizens permanently residing in Tripura for Office Stationary Articles in the office of the DM & Collector, Khowai District, Khowai. This contract shall be valid for the period for 2(Two) year as per articles enclosed at ANNEXURE- AA and rates approved in process finalization of quotation.
