BDO Teliamura invites sealed rate quotation for computer and computer peripherals for use in the Office of The BDO Teliamura.

      The Block Deveiopment Officer, Padmabil R.D. Block invites sealed ,,eUOTAT|ON,,(s) from the person(s)/Register dealer(s)/Co-operative(s)/Firm(s)/5HG{s) for supplying the stationery Articles as per enclosed list.

       Quotation sealed in cover will be received up to 07-02-2018 at 3.00 PM in the Office room of the undersigned and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM, if possible. Quotationer shall drop their quotation in the Tender Box which is available in the Office room of the undersigned and they should remain present during the time of opening of the Tender Box as on 07-02-2018 at 3.30 PM. 

       Quotationer shall have to submit the following documents with the quotation. In absence of any one of the following documents no quotation will be considered for acceptance.

1. Registration Certificate/Trade Licence.
2. GST Registration Certificate.
3. PAN Card/|.T. Clearance Certificate.
4. Deposit at call for Rs.10,000/-

Terms & Condition

i) Quotationer will deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) only in favour of the Block Development Officer, Padmabil R.D. Block in the shape of Deposit at Call {D-Call) of any recognized Bank which will be retained in this office as ‘Security Deposit’ in case of successful quotationer.

ii) The successful quotationer shall have the liability to supply the items within 7(Seven) days from the date of receipt of the supply order from this office. lf the supplier fails to supply the items as per requrement within due time, the security money as deposited in the shape of Deposit at call will be forfeited.

iii) successful quotationer shall have to supply the ordered materials as per specification. No inferior or duplicate materials will be entertained by this office. In case of such supply the D-Call Money (Security Deposit) will be forfeited as usual course.

iv) Tender Box will be kept in the chamber of Undersigned

v) Validity of Contract shall remain alive up to 2(two) years from the date of its acceptance. vi) The Tender should be submitted in sealed covered duly super-scripted as “Tender for supplying the
Stationery Articles” addressed to the Block Development Officer, Padmabil R.D. Block, KhowaiTripura.

vii) Payment should be made on the basis of bill raised by the supplier supported by necessary Tax clearance certificates

viii) The authority reserves all the rights to reject or accept any quotation even the lowest one also without assigning any reason.

ix) Tax would be deducted as per stipulated guideline.

Notice Inviting Quotation for supplying of office stationery for Khowai RD Block.

The Block Development Officer, Padmabil R.D. Block invites sealed “QUOTATION”(s) from the person(s)/Register dealer(s)/Co-Operative(s)/Firm(s)/SHG(s) for supplying the Sports Goods as per enclosed list as ANNEXURE-A of the Document.

On behalf of the Governor of Tripura, the BDO Teliamura invites sealed rate quotation in the plain paper from the interested, experienced and registered bidders for supply of stationary items for Office use of Teliamura R. D. Block for 2018-19 FY. The sealed Quotation should reach to the Office of the BDO Teliamura R.D. Block, Khowai Tripura latest by 07/01/2019 by 3 PM.

The Block Development Officer, Padmabil R.D. Block invites sealed “QUOTATION”(s) from the person(s)/Register dealer(s)/Co-Operative(s)/Firm(s)/SHG(s) for supplying the Sports Goods as per enclosed list as ANNEXURE-A of the Document.

It is hereby notified for general information that licenses are proposed to be offered for retail vend of Foreign Liquor in Khowai District, Tripura, through tender method for the financial year 2018-19 2019-20 against the MRF as fixed for that period proportionately on the MRF notified for 2017-18, 2018-19 2019-20 under the provisions of Rule 154 read with Rule 29A and Rule 22 and Rule 154(2) of the Tripura Excise Rules, 1990 ( As per amendment of 2016).

“Quotation” in sealed covers is/are hereby invited from the bonafied Indian Citizens permanently residing in Tripura for lease of office Canteen in the office premises DM & Collector, Khowai as per attached list of items in the Quotation inviting document.

Notice inviting Tender issued vide No. 2013-16 dated 03-01-2018 regarding settlement of Teliamura FL shop No.1 under Khowai District, Tripura is hereby cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

Due to unavoidable circumstances the Notice Inviting Quotation – Lease of office Canteen in the office premises DM & Collector, Khowai  vide No.F.VI(93)/DM/KHW/NAZ/Tender_Canteen/2018/182-96 dated 04.09.2018 is hereby cancelled.
